CHARACTER (FANDOM) was pulled into Panem to participate in the 75th Hunger Games, specifically for the unveiling of the new concept of the games better known as Arena 01. S/he was given a score of ? by the Gamemakers and assigned to represent District ? alongside fellow tribute OTHER TRIBUE.

This character is an NPC (Non-Player Character) whose initial creation was to fill in the gaps of missing tributes needed to run a full arena. As with all others NPCs this character is used to drive plot within the game and is typically controlled by The Games moderators. Players my choose to interact with this character whenever they like and are free to use them as they wish.
