In Game Information[edit | edit source]
Charlotte "Lottie" LaBouff (The Princess and The Frog) was pulled into Panem to participate in the 75th Hunger Games, specifically for the unveiling of the new concept of the games better known as Arena 01. She was given a score of 3 by the Gamemakers and assigned to represent District 8 alongside fellow tribute, Wudermann.
Despite her lower-than-average socre of 3, Lottie lasted far longer than expected inside Arena 01, making it as far as the final five. Partcular highlights of her time inside Arena 01 include her brief alliance with District 12 tribute, Yutaka Seto after the game's opening, she was also credited for killing District 7 tribute, Tate Langdon. Lottie was killed on the last day of Arena 01 by Kaidan Alenko of District 1 after the gamemaker-crafted landslide designed to bring the last surviving tributes together for the finale.
Lottie's sweet southern belle charm and apparent good luck have made her quite popular in the Capitol. Though she is rarely favoured to win, she continues to remain a crowd favourite and has inspired many fashion trends, especially in regards to the colour pink. Easily considered a celebrity while in the Capitol, Lottie seems far better suited for city life than survival, though many would argue that this is exactly what makes her entertaining to watch inside the Arenas.
