Princess Anna of Arendelle is a Tribute who debuted in Arena 09 and was put in District 6. Following her death, the Capitol originally chose not to bring her back, but changed their minds and brought her back during Arena 10 and placed her in District 4. She is the younger sister of Queen Elsa.
